Comments on Section 1.1: Anatomy of the Spinal Cord

I'd like to make a footnote to say that the "four divisions of the spinal cord" isn't exactly accurate, since sacral spinal nerves and the coccygeal nerve do not arise from the spinal cord; they arise instead from the cauda equina. I think that we do not have footnote capability yet.
